Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from jjspices.com. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

 Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing (opening) video as proof for any return or refund request.
  • The video must:
    • Show the sealed package before opening
    • Clearly capture the opening process
    • Show the issue (damage/wrong item)

Without a valid unboxing video, return or refund requests may not be accepted.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in case of our error.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
